Using Technology With an Affective Unit

The presenters will share an online affective unit that they have developed and discuss ways the unit can be used with various group sizes, one hour a week. This unit teaches students about overexcitablilities, perfectionism, advocacy, and other issues relevant to our gifted students, and integrates the use of technology as a learning tool. The unit is written with middle grades (4th – 8th) in mind, but can be adapted for lower elementary and high school.
